The Hannah's new home has begun!!!

Over the last few weeks, we have had alot going on. we've gotten our condo ready for sale and have put it on the market. We have picked out everything we want in our new home, such as flooring, paint and carpet color, even what kind of counter tops we want. We've waited patiently for showing on our home and to date have had roughly 7 showings. As of the last week we received our first offer, counter-offered, and accepted a contract on the condo. We are currently waiting for the end of the 10 day option period. As of this Tuesday, the 1st of July, we will have a honest to goodness contract on our condo. Now the deal was, Steve wasn't allowed to call our builder and let him know to begin construction until we were sure our condo buyer wasn't going to change her mind.
Like every week, Tammy and I drove by our property and the picture below is what we saw.

Latest on Caleb

Caleb's little life has had so many "first's" as of the past couple of weeks. Since reaching his 4th month, we've been trying to get him to test out some stuff. Now I know there's not a parent on Earth that doesn't think their child is advanced or dare I say, "A genius". I have to admit, Caleb is showing some true "advanced" potential...oh and he's a genius!!!

Everything was fine until Mommy tried it and said "Yuck!"

Big Happenings!!!

Today was a day of big progress. First off, we got a contract on our condo. After weeks of wondering when someone would be interested and many many showings, we finally have a contract. Now we just have to wait. *sigh*

Happy Father's Day!!!

Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there. Today was my Daddy's 1st Father's Day and he said its been a really special one. We had alot of fun wearing our new shirts together and spending the day celebrating being a family. With some help from Tia Tia, Mommy really did a great job helping me pick out just the right stuff to show Daddy how much he means to us. I can tell you, I think I saw a tear in Daddy's eye. Hope you like the pictures.

Bath Time Photos

The past week has been a rough one. Our little guy got his first cold. After 7 days of the "Blue Bulb of Terror", suckin' snot, and nightly baths, we are finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Ok bad analogy. At least some of us are getting rid of our colds. Daddy fell victim to a cold during the past few days.
